My name is Helen Major and I have been a qualified Reflexologist since 2004 and hold a Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology. I am currently upgrading my skills further and this year I will qualify as a Clinical Reflexologist and will become a full member of the Association of Reflexologists. I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists.

Reiki has been a part of my life since I took my First Degree in 2009. I use it in my personal life on a daily basis as well as treating my clients with this wonderful balancing energy. I took my Second Degree in 2010.
